 A: We ask that you remove small items, electronics, plants, and breakables from the rooms we are cleaning. We can safely move light furniture (like chairs and coffee tables). For massive items like heavy wardrobes, pianos, or full beds, we typically clean safely around them. 

 We recommend a professional deep clean every 6 to 12 months. If you have pets, kids, or allergy sufferers in the home, aiming for every 6 months will dramatically improve your indoor air quality and double the lifespan of your flooring.  A: Never. The price we give you in your quote is the price you pay. We don't believe in bait-and-switch tactics or high-pressure sales pitches once we walk through your door. If your carpet requires an extra, specialized treatment, we will discuss it with you and get your approval first.
